Week 1
Returning to the Body

Understanding where you are now with safety, learning about your nervous system, and GETTING BACK INTO THE BODY. 

Week 2

Safety in Emotions

Normalizing emotional activation and gaining tools to stay open and witness them without shutting down or feeling like you're losing control- without shame.

Week 3
Somatic Expansion & Embodiment

Moving through the body with gentle movement
Allowing for the safe release of stuck tension and emotions stored in the body

Week 4
Internal Communication & Connection

Understanding your internal dialogue & learning to communicate with yourself with compassion, set boundaries with others, and listen to your body's intuitive cues.

Week 5
Integration

Witnessing the lessons and growth that have come from the previous weeks and taking them out into your life to transform your reality. 


This is not about fixing yourself.

It’s about learning to listen to your inner signals so you can respond instead of react.

It’s about releasing shame — and stopping the cycle of trying to hold everything together externally while you’re unraveling internally.
